There will be a language and accent test where you're required to read a prompt and answer questions. This is for the interviewer to see how proficient you are in English as well as how acceptable your accent is for the job. After that, there will be a face to face interview utilising the STAR method with a manager/team leader.

Interviewers focus on whether my personality matches with the company values, and whether my ability can master the job. The interview is relatively casual though, instead of asking questions in one way, they constantly provide feedbacks, including credits and guidiance.
