Was extremely easy. Was a group interview and more of a presentation. I did not like this because I couldn't understand how you could choose a person if you didn't speak to them on a personal level but I ended up getting a call back.

The interview takes place in two stages: an initial group overview of the company, then they’ll do final rounds of 1 on 1 interviews. The overview was just an hour long presentation of the company and job position. If called back for the 1 on 1 interview, then it lasts about 45 minutes and you get an offer or don’t on the spot, which took me by surprise.

They are trying to sell you on joining their company. It felt like nothing more than smoke and mirrors and a thirsty attempt at baiting you to join their pyramid scheme.
