Very disappointing! Was led to believe I was interviewing for a Human Resource Benefits Specialist when in fact they were searching for insurance agents. I met with a woman who wanted to chat for a bit about my background and interest. After which she took me to a conference room with 13 others to learn about the company and compensation. We were asked to complete a questionnaire about ourselves, and a form with contact information for them to contact us for the final individual interview. We learned that we would be responsible for $75.00 of the $199.00 cost for a license. During the entire presentation, I noticed that at no time do they refer to any of their sales people as agents and do not refer to their business as being a sales agency. Their target markets are blue collar, union members, credit unions, etc. with a large number of employees. Their marketing strategy is pretty unique considering they have no advertising overhead.

Easy and quick interview process. Understable and efficient. Though did not clarify it was just commission, made it seem like you make 80,000 salary non commission but remember this is 100% comission
