They sit you in a group interview room and have a trainer explain the benefits. You then go to a second interview with a manager to see how qualified you are before ultimately being hired for a 3rd interview. They hire almost any and everyone as long as you seem composed and professional at the time of the interview.

There was a filter interview at first, then there was a real group interview, and then after that there was a final interview at which they decide if you make the fit and then decide wether or not to hire you.
