First interview was group interview, about 15 people, sold the job like it was a perfect place to work. Once I researched online what the company did, it was made apparent that its basically door to door sales, and commission based.

At first, they found me through social apps. They keep postponing my interview and I even keep updates and they keep dragging and they won't take any responsibility for the applicants.

No notification of this that there would be another candidate in the same interview. Very laid back approach to interview which was great. The interview in total took about 40 minutes and afterwards, they move to next steps right away.
