I was called and asked to set up an interview. When I came in, Katrina introduced herself then sat me down to begin the interview. It started with her telling me what I was applying for and describing the job and all the duties. She made sure I was fully aware of what would be expected of me if I were offered the position. She went over my resume. She asked me questions about each job and how the skills I learned there would be useful here. She then went over my payment schedule and hourly wages, then offered me the position. I started a week later. The over-all experience was pleasant. I enjoy the people I work with and for.
