From the Head of People at Amunix: I’d like to start by saying “thank you” for your time interviewing with Amunix. We appreciate your interest in our role. However, I do want to apologize that you didn’t hear from someone on our team following your interview. While your review didn’t provide a lot of details, I can extrapolate the timing of the interview and can share that I am hopeful this is something that will not happen again. Earlier this year, we implemented a more formal talent acquisition process to support our growing organization. This included adding dedicated recruiters and an applicant tracking system to help cultivate a positive experience for candidates and ensure all candidates receive timely updates on their status. While I realize I’m not able to change your experience, I do believe we have made some positive changes since that time that will hopefully prevent this from happening again in the future.
