Was supposed to be interviewed by the supervisor and manager but the manager never got on the call. The supervisor was mad and expressed that the manager never gets on these calls and also does not let the supervisor know that they will not be attending. Took 2-3 weeks to hear back due to the manager not responding to the supervisor. During the interview, the supervisor talked about their dog and their hometown. Asked a few questions about the actual job and then continued to talk about non related thing. For me, it was nice to not have the pressure but it was very unprofessional.
