I was interviewed by one particular product manager ("B") and he was very unprofessional. B asked me an IQ question, which I understand (from reading literature elsewhere), is not a good indicator of success at a job. In general, I found the product managers arrogant. One implied he was "saving the world" by creating a transportation company. My presentation was not circulated to the interview panel and that seemed highly disrespectful. At the start of my presentation, one of the panel members had to scramble to make sure everyone had a virtual copy to refer to. I love Lyft as a company and service and was very disappointed with how unprofessional and arrogant they were during my interview process.
