Interview was pretty much all behavioral. Asked about my background, education, et cetera. As it was an interview for an internship/part-time position, I don't believe they really expected me to have any real experience. Nonetheless, they did ask me if I knew anything about the natural gas/shale industry so I told them what I knew, but nothing really complicated about it all. They then brought me in a week later to talk to a few upper management people but they did most of the talking.
