They reached out to me to schedule an interview, and after I replied they never responded. I sent a follow-up email a week later just in case but to no avail. I'm not sure if something came up or they hired somebody else, but it would have been nice to know what was going on rather than just being ghosted. Overall it felt very unprofessional.
