there is no fixed process. first there might be telephonic interview to check out the language. then there is an interview call. they are looking for people with good english language skills and who do not demand a big pay packet. the interviewee needs to ask all the relevant questions about payments, conveyance allowance, leave, bonus, increments etc. the employer will not volunteer any information. if selected an appointment letter will be given.
