The owner's cheap approach and poor management style became apparent throughout the process. There were constant arguments about compensation, and he expected me to start working before officially extending a job offer – a red flag for me. In summary, the company's unprofessionalism, money-centric focus, and questionable hiring practices left me with a negative impression. Proceed with caution if considering employment here.
