They call interviews "conversations" I was interviewed by three people. It lasted a little over an hour. They asked a lot of questions about my applicable skills especially in reference to tech savvy. Also asked about personal passions. They are looking for someone that will be a good fit in the office as they are a tight knit group. If they like you based on first conversation will bring you in for a second then offer a job.
