I had one phone interview and then a face to face interview and got hired on the spot. The phone interview was pretty basic, Previous work experience, job duties, amount of travel, overtime / weekends required. The face to face interview was not as detailed as the phone interview. Basically went over my skills again and asked me when I could start working for this company. I told them I would have to give my current employer a 4 weeks notice which was fine therefore I started my new job within a month of the initial phone interview.
