Had a phone interview and then came in for a face to face. It was with 2 groups of 3 people. Each group lasted 30-45 minutes.

Phone interview. The phone interview was basic. The lady was young and asked leadership questions which were hard to answer. If I were a leader I'd start my own business. I did not get a call back to schedule an onsite interview.
