The recruiter was nice and I made it to the second phone call with the hiring manager. The hiring manager was late, had technical difficulties with his camera, and had not seen my resume. He also claimed to understand things he didn't, which made explaining my work experience difficult. He asked me if I had a portfolio that I wasn't told to put together. Then cut me off when I tired to go through my work experience because we didn't have time because we needed to make time for a technical portion I wasn't told about. We didn't have time for the technical either so he rushed me through it and didn't give me time to think about the questions. There wasn't enough time for any part of this interview and the hiring manager was unprepared.
