The interview was good. I felt at home and never felt intimated by the panel. The HR lady was welcoming. Hiring manager will always ask technical questions. They also provide the details about the position and rge expectations

screening process has been good so far, inter view has not taken place. info provided has been useful. also like that they ask you for your comp expectation up front.

15 min screening call with a recruiter
10 mins of that taken up with answering questions I'd already answered on their website e.g. are you eligible to work in the UK
concluded by them saying they would send me some more job specific questions to answer by email
they sent 5 questions, that are veyr detailed, and should really have been asked in this call or the 1st interview. a waste of time, and feel like I am doing the recruiter's job for them - completing my info in writing so they can just send it on to the hiring manager. I will not proceed with this application
