Glassdoor reviews and AB InBev website describe the process very accurately: after submitting an online application, you are invited to take several online tests (cultural fit, situational strengths, logical reasoning) which are not too difficult to pass.
If successful, you are invited for a strength-based interview followed by a business case, all on the phone. The time constraint and amount of data/information make it a challenging but also very interesting exercise.
The next step is the ABI Assessment Centre which is also challenging and fast-paced but also pleasant experience. Throughout the day, you take part in several individual and group exercises where your strengths, motivation and fit with the company culture and demanding attributes of the programme are tested.
I was not invited to the last stage of the process which would have been a panel interview in Leuven. I perfectly understand the reasons why they did not select me and I don't dispute them. It's a very selective, competitive programme. However I was disappointed with the feedback that I have received. I was expecting a more detailed account of the strengths that I demonstrated and the weaknesses that I need to work on. Instead I had a 2/3 min phone call who could only say that I wasn't incisive enough and needed to develop my leadership credibility. And that was it for the "detailed feedback" I was told I would get.
Overall a very interesting experience, great opportunity to learn about the company and the industry. Too bad that it ends on a somehow sour note with such a light/rushed feedback.

Online assessments then an assessment centre in Belgium, if successful followed up with a final panel interview in Belgium, difficult but an interesting experience. Be prepared to try and stand out in a a large group.

First round: game-based assesments
Second round: virtual case preparation (1 hour preparation time to make a comprehensive 3 minute pitch)
Third round: Group Assessment day (2 interviews + business case game while constantly being monitored)
Final round: panel interview together with other candidates, you hear each other's answers and are being monitored on when and what you answer. Tough questions from a panel of 4 senior managers.
