Extensive and very time consuming. I felt as though I was being strung along the entire time. The interview panelists were respectful of my time, but the HR department dropped the ball. I made it to the 3rd round and didn't hear anything back. I felt that was disrespectful to essentially ghost me after I had put in so much time to meet with them.
