Talked to at career fair at college. Then had 3 online interviews. A generic one, one that tested IQ I believe with an odd little game and culture with a quiz, and the final one with 4 interviewers and 4 interviewees at the same time. Very odd and required me to essentially show leadership skills and working with others during the job interview. After I got the internship, I was then asked what position I wanted as well as where I wanted to work. I highly recommend the Fort Collins brewery.
