I had a cultural fit test, situational strength, logical reasoning test. Afterwards a telephone interview followed with a case study. In my opinion the case study on the phone is not appropriate for this kind of job as the interviewer only writes down your answers and a computer checks afterwards the results. I would have been very suitable for the job, however, the computer did not agree with my solutions, which is a shame. The telephone interview does not really check your strengths, do not try to answer from a Marketing or logical point of view, just calculate the best solutions where you have to choose two seasonal beer product lines.

Online assessments then an assessment centre in Belgium, if successful followed up with a final panel interview in Belgium, difficult but an interesting experience. Be prepared to try and stand out in a a large group.
