Very well conducted interview. Kind, polite and knowledgeable manager held the interview. Overall process is smooth. Company is exciting to be working for. However, salary incentive (% of sales / bonus) would make the job more desirable and staff more motivated to sell more and contribute to the company's success. Hope that would be implemented soon
