Had an initial interview with their recruiter. Seemed good, she was nice, good questions. Was then passed on to the CEO. What I thought was an interview was just a personal, "get to know you" interview. Seemed to go well and then I was told someone would be in touch the following week to set up a "real" interview. Then then ghosted me. I reached out to the recruiter and two weeks later she responded and said she'd get back to me. And then ghosted again.
