Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso AnswerLab (Oregon City, OR)
Colloquio
My interview was very short and there was no reason to have interviewed at all. Salary information is missing from AnswerLab's job posts for a reason - the amount is laughable and they surely wouldn't want clients to know. In my state, the salary would qualify for public assistance.
The interviewer was wearing a headset and I could barely hear her with my volume on full blast. I mentioned that we may have a bad connection, or perhaps her headset was an issue, but restarting the call was just too much work for her, so I ended up asking her to repeat herself multiple times...as I could not hear her. Additionally, she did not appear to have a solid grasp on the job she was interviewing me for. I'm not sure if she even knew my name.

Colloquio
Screening call with a recruiter, then two video interviews with hiring managers. It seemed like it went well and the interviewers were pleasant but then I got a rejection the next week. I got this only after checking in with them so I'd have expected to have been ghosted otherwise. It was a canned generic rejection email, so that was irritating. There would have been a written assignment as a last step but I didn't get to that point.

Phone interview with a recruiter, followed by another phone interview with the hiring manager, then finally, 3 more interviews with various team members.
In addition to that I was asked to complete an skills assessment which was relatively easy and took 3 hrs to complete.
