It was a clear, concise interview process with the CS Operations Manager & Head of HR. Explained everything to me in a friendly & comfortable manager. I was very pleased with the entire interview process as a whole.

Was hired internally so only one interview done. Interviewed with operations director and was asked several questions. Was hired as part of a team rather than individually. Was a good process mostly 1-on-1 interviewing with some questionings and details about what the job requires.
