The interview was good, and the interviewers were kind and helpful. They asked about my previous experiences and were curious about how my background could contribute to the company. There were two rounds: one with HR and one with the team.

I was contacted by the HR lead of the company via LinkedIn. A few peculiarities that I spotted prior to the interview and not in with any other serious company: No enquiry into my availability before offering possible interview times - since I am employed full-time, as they were informed, general working hours -as were offered- were out of question. I proposed a suitable time that was agreed on by the HR colleague. However, the interview was cancelled on that very day due to "circumstances unforeseen". I agreed on another date as soon to the original as possible. The interview was more of an introduction of the company with general questions into my experience but with not much thoroughness. I put that down to the fact that a second, practical round was coming which would, understandably, show my skills and expertise more. I duly prepared the task, prioritising it over other duties to meet the deadline - which was said to be flexible. As it was quite challenging - which, I thought, was a sign of quality and credibility regarding the company, I spent a considerable amount of my free time over a week's span completing it. I never received any feedback. My overall experience is really poor - this level is really disappointing for a company who deal with customer satisfaction, let alone loyalty.
