Extremely rude and disrespectful behaviour from such a big company who is expected to have HR procedures in place. I was ghosted after two rounds of interviews even after reaching out to them several times. It says a lot about the company's culture and how you treat your employees when you can even take five seconds to respond to an email to someone who took the time to prepare and sit two interviews. Do better.

First round is a screening call and it follows with the team member half-hour interview with basic questions about my experience and skills. Nothing unexpected. Staff are friendly and nice.
