Overly drawn out interview process for a role paying less than 65k. Completed three interviews and felt good about the role. A fourth interview was suddenly added with a Senior VP. That interview was a 1:1 with uncomfortable questions and power dynamics. My experience made it very clear that ADL doesn’t know what they want.
