Total 3 Multiple Technical rounds which were very similar. It seemed like the interviewers had not compared notes. Time management is lack during the interview as 1 hour interview end up in 2 hours. Asian startup companies who wants to hire a person Who should know both Solution Architect and DevOps engineer Knowledge. Seems like the company doesn't have their own Architect. I don't know but people should understand every startup wants to become big company like Google but they are not following basic hierarchy principles. DevOPS and Solution Architect or SRE had different roles not single person know all this things. In Big successful MNC companies had clear role and responsibility for candidate but during my last technical round i come to know that Anymind Group its missing that and they are asking solution architect related question maybe the company doesn't have the Architect and they are expecting DevOps Person should know everything.
