Do not give interviews to this company. It was 3 rounds of interviews - behavioral, technical and then HR-managerial. After all 3 rounds of interview and informing there is only one more interview, they decided to go with internal hire. What about the time wasted of the candidate and getting hopes telling - "we had good feedback from HR and Technical and next round will be scheduled soon". Also the package initially agreed was reduced after 3 rounds.
