the process start with 1 behavioral interview then go into a super day with 3-4 interviews back to back. The behavioral interview was pretty quick and was with one of the actuary working in Aon. On the superday, 3 of the interviews was more about past experiences and behavior while one of them is technical on probability and finance.

Unprepared for interview--met with 6 people over 2 days. Very redundant questioning. Called back for final interview only to repeat topics. Some interviewers were unprepared and spent most of the time asking general questions.
the process was smooth while i dont really get the reason i get rejected. The interviewer was very satisfied during the interview, we talked more than scheduled time. And i did sent the thank you letter. After two weeks, I got rejection
