I did the initial phone screen and then a zoom call. The initial phone screen went really well but once I got to the zoom call, it was not structured well but I got good feedback and thought I’d definitely get a third interview. I was told I’d hear back about next steps at the end of the week but got an automated message saying I didn’t have the right mentality which was never mentioned in the interview. I was disappointed because I expected to either get a third interview or at least a decent rejection letter.
