Very very very very disappointing. HR will connect they will like your profile and conduct technical interviews and gives feedback as postive and ask to attend second round that will also give positive response .Then they will conduct 3rd Round that is HR round in that they will discuss salary as well . After that they will call you to pune office to show off their office and named as meet and greet and saying company indian represenative wants to meet. What candiate will think now all the interview process got complated now they will relase offer letter but after visting to their office they will not call you for any feedback, when i connected with them suddenly HR will se that the JD has been changed and we can not procced further . Please do not give single round of interview here it is totally a waste of time. MY self travel from mumbai to pune for only meet and greet , this people require immidiate joiners as well and they are asking to take one day leave to show off their office and not selecting the candiate saying JD changed.
