This was an interview with the initial HR screener. He seemed very young and inexperienced, one of those "I don't know what to do with my life so I'll become a recruiter" types. He was so focused on the checklist of position requirements that he did not understand how my ten years of experience would fit the position very well. I'm certain that if I was able to speak to the hiring manager, they would have moved me to the next round of interviews but when the recruiter isn't allowed to think for himself and just follows a checklist, good candidates are often missed.

3 rounds - Technical , Managerial , HR . Held on a single day at a recruitment drive. HR was helpful & Both Technical & Managers were supportive. Whole process was smooth & open
