I apply online and week after they call me for a interview. They do the drug test the same day. And two weeks later they call me to do the offer.

I was a customer for a while thus they knew who I was. Then interview was very formal and professional. I handed my application personally and the got back to me with in a week. I interviewed with the branch manager and she said she would get back to me soon. I got a job offer soon after that.
