Very brief application online that was submitted and the turn around was relatively quick second stage was an in-store interview, series of questions in store and role play style settings with other potential candidates however I did not pass to the last stage which I believe was an private 1-1 interview
The process involved an initial application followed by a screening call with a recruiter. This was followed by one or two interviews with team members, focusing on customer service, problem-solving, and cultural fit. The interviewers asked behavioural questions and scenarios related to handling customers and troubleshooting. Overall, the process was structured, professional, and gave a clear understanding of the role expectations.
Erstes Vorstellungsgespräch - 20 Minuten. Sehr angenehm und professionell. Solange man sich bisschen damit beschäftigt, wird es gut laufen. Man muss sich auf jedenfall selbstbewusst und sozial darstellen. Viel lächeln und aktiv zuhören. Stelle auch deine eigenen Fragen, mach es klar dass du die Website dir angeschaut hast und dass du wirklich interessiert bist. Apple ist es egal was du weißt, sei einfach ehrlich und transparent.

One group interview as well as a phase 2/3 interview with the store manager and possibly the director (i didn't make it past the second interview) but everything is straightforward and mainly behavior questions.
