Simple, Straightforward. Personality based questions and face to face with manager(s). There was a group session in order to test your amicability towards possible future colleagues. However, generally it was a very chill experience.

What is your worst experience in retail and how did you overcome the situation? What did you learn from it?
I walked in to inquire about open positions. They had me fill out an application online. After completing the online application I had 3 separate interviews. The first 2 were with 2 assistant managers and the final one was with the Manager. I was offered the position at the end of the last interview. The entire process was about 3 hours long.

I applied online and was invited to interview. I scheduled a time that was convenient for me online as well. The interviewer was very welcoming, friendly, and professional. A great experience overall.
