Written assignment that was a take-home first round test, in-person interviews at office. In-person interviews took 2.5-3 hours total, as multiple team members cycled in to interview. After that, interviews with senior staff would take place.

Applied online. Talked with a recruiter. Made me do a long assessment with a non-disclosure agreement. Then a 3 hour interview. Two days later nothing and an arbitrary "Better Candidates" answer.
