Starts with a standard HR screening. Once the hiring manager decides to go forward with the technical interview, HR will ask for availability and schedule the interview. The first part of the interview was a panel Q&A. The second part was a technical white-boarding exercise.

For the whiteboard exercise, there were two problems to choose from--(1) refactoring two tightly coupled classes using dependency injection and interfaces, and (2), use LINQ operators and lambda expressions to traverse the collection to find a particular object.
