Applied online, had a phone screening with a recruiter then scheduled an in-person interview at their Philadelphia headquarters last Thursday. Met with one of two people I was supposed to interview with. Overall interview was great and i was taken on a tour of the mailroom as well as the different floors of the company. At the end I was told there were still more people to interview but I would be hearing from the soon. Today I received an email saying that an internal candidate was picked over me because regardless of all of my experience which they loved, the internal candidate had a huge advantage of already working there and being so familiar with them.
