Submitted sums in response to online ad at website. First met with District Manager for sales, then phone interview with HR. Next was an interview with sales manager, then operations manager who also ran the distribution warehouse the position would report to. Then i did a ride along with a rep. Last was a phone conversation with the VP for New England. The original interview was the Friday before Memorial Day, and an offer s extended the third week in June.

There were a total of three interviews in the process. One with the recruiting team, then the sales manager, then the General Manager. The interviews were pretty straightfoward. Be prepared for both behavioral and situational questions.

It felt like my time was not valued and taken advantage of with the first interview lasting over an hour and a half.
The decision is ultimately left to the group VP who does not even conduct an interview.
