      To be frank, this interview has to be one of the most frustrating and, quite frankly, unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had. It was conducted in two rounds. The first round was relatively straightforward, though it did take them a whole month to get back to me after it, which was a bit off-putting. When they finally did get in touch, the interviewer simply explained that they’d “forgotten about me,” and then, almost as an afterthought, scheduled the final round. Now, the final round was where things really went south. The interviewer, a man with a clipboard in hand, just sat down and said, “Honestly, I’m not sure what to ask you, so I’ll just go through these questions from the sheet.” It was all very impersonal and almost robotic, and the questions themselves were so basic, they didn’t really seem to probe any deeper into my skills or experiences. The next day, I received the disappointing news that I hadn’t been selected for the role. But honestly, by then, I wasn’t all that surprised. The whole process felt disorganised and unprofessional. It was as though they hadn’t even really prepared for the interview or had any clear idea of what they were looking for. I’m not sure what the point of it all was, but it definitely wasn’t a good experience
