An initial phone interview was conducted to better flesh out the details of my resume and I was informed that I would hear back from a manager. A 1:1 interview with a thorough presentation of the job's duties and my experiences took place several weeks later. The regional manager was very informative and easy to communicate with. During a second interview the job was offered and a compensation package discussed. Although I liked what I learned about the company, I chose another offer with a different company.
