There was an application, then a group interview, followed by an individual interview. The group interview was long and tedious, the individual interview I felt like went much better. I was initially offered an alternate position and got the job a semester later.

Individual and group interview which reviewed the abilities of the applicant. The process was easy to follow and the questions were based off of real scenarios which the applicant would likely face during their time as an RA.

You will submit a request to be considered, then there will be an interview with the Resident Hall Directors (varies on who you interview with). You will have to sign that you are aware of being a mandated reporter and will have to be up late on rotation (11pm start time) to check the dorms.
