There are 4 steps. The process is the same for interns' and graduates' roles. 1. Online assessment (Coding in a code base, non-leetcode-style). 2. Technical interviews. 3. Pair programming with senior developers (online). 4. Final interview (on-site).

Assessment followed by interview. Assessment had DSA questions and coded in Java. The interview had basic java questions and understanding of how Java works. Interview was with hiring manager, with 2 to 3 behavioural questions and Software developer, with the rest of the questions.
