Rigorous multi round process where research and market interests were asked and assessed over course of weeks. CFA practice helped my process tremendously and allowed me to self study. finance and banking knowledge helped.
Two rounds of phone interviews and then a super day. The first two rounds were mostly informational and straightforward. The super day was a mix of technicals and culture, each interview was about 30 minutes.

I applied and interviewed for a NON investment role. I went through 8 interviews, completed a case study, and went in person to interview again. I waited 3 weeks to hear from the very very slow recruiter that I did not get the job. They were very uncommunicative and did provide me any feedback.
