The interview process took place in two sessions. The first one is mainly aimed at discussing the CV, experience in the financial sector and studies. In my case, strong quantitative skills were demanded. They also gave me some working material to study for the second interview, when we discussed more details about the job aspects and had a more specific discussion on mathematical concept that we employ in the job.
