The interview process consists of a one-hour phone interview followed by an in-person interview. The interviewers were interested in learning KPIs and hard skills rather than strengths and weaknesses. It was a fine interview, but I'm more used to a conversational back and forth with my interviewer - and my interview experience was much more quick-fire questions and answers.
