I applied online through Glassdoor and got call back not long after that. When I first arrived, HR bring me to the Ariani building and told me that there's gonna be an on-the-spot assessment. They asked me to design a poster for their sale in an hour using their Mac PC. They also provided me the stock website I can use to do the job. After that, I went to meet the manager and have a talk with him. He asked me about my experience and at the end, he told me about what I can expect from working there.
